Wastewater Treatment Plant Dewatering

Project: We dewatered digester sludge and wastewater lagoon sludge during winter so plant work could continue without delays.

  • Material: The material included digester sludge and wastewater lagoon sludge.
  • Layout: 50 tubes, 60 ft circ x 50 ft, lined pad, alternating fills.
  • Benefit: This reduced wet haul loads, kept pumping reliable in cold weather, and left solids contained at closeout without runoff.
