Our corrugated steel tanks give you strong, secure water storage for fire suppression, potable drinking water, rainwater collection, irrigation, or wastewater. Engineered for your specific steel water storage tank application, our tanks are available in 722 gallons up to over 600,000 gallons. Approved for wastewater, fire protection, bio-solids, sludge, and more. This corrugated bolted water tank includes an interior dual liner system, providing leak protection and an extended tank life span. Perfect for industrial, municipal and industrial project, our corrugated steel tanks are cost effective and come with a warranty up to 20 years.
Extended Life Expectancy
Our corrugated water tanks are tough, corrosion resistant tanks with an average life span of 30-35 years. In fact, we believe in our tanks so much we offer up to a 20-year warranty for manufacturing defects. You save money when you buy our corrugated water tank, and it’s half the cost to replace when it reaches its lifespan compared to epoxy coated tanks.
Durable Tank Liners
Our tank liners surpass industry standards. All of our liners are NSF 61 potable water approved and NFPA 22 equivalent. We have 6 different standard liners available, including coating and flexible liners, as well as specialty and custom liners for your corrugated steel tank.
Additional Insulation
Between the steel wall and flexible liner, interior poly-iso insulation is used for insulation. Steel flanges are installed to fit the insulation. Immersion heaters are also an options per NFPA22.
Optional Flooring Designs
Most of our corrugated steel tanks are built on concrete foundations, making a steel floor unnecessary. But for tanks with steel floors engineered to be self-anchored, we have anchors that meet ASCE7-10 and all AWWA requirements. We use tall anchor saddles and A36 F155r zinc or galvanized all-thread anchor rods. Standard non-seismic anchors, heavy-duty seismic anchors, stiffener pages, as well as other options are available.

Corrugated Tank Applications
Rainwater Collection – In some cities, rainwater collection tanks provide a way to supplement local water supplies, whether filtered for drinking or used for irrigation. With your tank’s specific calculations for capacities and diameters, corrugated water storage can be placed in large or small areas throughout the city to maximize rainwater collection.
Stormwater Storage – A continual concern for municipalities, Stormwater Runoff carries silt, sediment, and other contaminants. Many towns have a public water system in place to catch polluted water before it enters protected areas, but the capacity is not always adequate. Use steel storage tanks to hold stormwater for processing and purification, preventing overwhelmed sewer systems and treatment plants.
Fire Suppression – For efficient fire suppression, firefighters need a steady water supply when doing their jobs. If a fire is particularly difficult, Emergency Management may rely too heavily on the local water system. By strategically locating NFPA-approved bolted steel tanks, it can reduced the strain on the local water supply.
Potable Water Supply – Most cities and towns have water systems that supply residents with potable drinking water. Corrugated water tanks are a great solution for water storage throughout the city. This is particularly helpful during an emergency, giving the community a reliable water source from Water Management.
Other tank applications include:
- Petroleum Products
- Chemical Storage
- Potable and Non-water storage
- Irrigation
- Bulk materials and dry goods
