Spill Containment Pallets

The 2-drum spill pallet offers spill containment for two 55-gallon steel or plastic drums. Following SPCC, EPA, and OSHA regulations, all spill containment pallets have a sump capacity of 66 gallons and a load capacity of 2,500 lbs. Available in discrete black or highly visible yellow, the 2-drum spill pallet is made with recycled polyethylene. It is compliant with the following regulations:

Square

The square 4-drum spill pallet is the standard for most 55-gallon drum containment. Two color options are available – black and yellow. The black plastic pallet is made of 100 percent recycled materials and easily hides dirt during outdoor storage. The yellow drum pallet is made of 35 percent recycled plastic and offers high visibility in a warehouse or storage facility. Both styles have a 73 gallon sump capacity and load capacity of 5,000 lbs. Every 4-drum spill pallet is compliant with OSHA, EPA, and SPCC regulations.

In-Line

The main difference between the square and in-line spill containment pallets is their shapes. While the square drum pallet uses 2 rows of drums, the in-line pallet has one row of 4 drums. In-line plastic pallets offer a different configuration for storage areas without as much open space. Also available in both black and yellow models, the sump capacity of the in-line drum pallet is 75 gallons, two more than the square model. The in-line pallet follows the regulations as the square 4-drum spill pallet.

IBC Spill Containment Pallets

Intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) are generally placed on single unit pallets for containment purposes. Forkliftable and nestable, our IBC Spill Containment Pallets have a 385 gallon sump capacity and load capacity of 3,000 lbs. Removable grates offer easy access for cleaning after a spill. Available with or without a drain, all polyethylene plastic pallets feature 5-gallon pail holders.

Aluminum Pallets

While not specifically designed for spill containment,Aluminum Pallets offer strong, lightweight storage for a variety of supplies. The all-welded construction is stackable with open channels for easy cleaning. Corrosion resistant, they are best suited toward food storage or anything that is prone to bacteria growth.

Steel Pallets

Similar to aluminum pallets in purpose, Steel Pallets have weight capacities ranging from 2,200 lbs to 8,000 lbs., depending on the pallet model. Some can be transported by fork and pallet trucks, while others are only able to move with a fork truck. Models with a galvanized finish are rust resistant for long lifespans.
