Spill Containment

The majority of our spill pallets are designed to support 55 gallon drums. All standard pallets have large capacity sumps that meet FPA, SPCC, and NFPAI spill prevention regulations , as well as the International Fire Code. From oil drums in Fleet Maintenance to fertilizers and pesticides in Parks and Recreation, our pallets prevent spills and contamination.

2-Drum Pallets

Our 2-drum pallets come in black or yellow. Black pallets, made from 100% recycled materials, hide dirt and stains, while yellow pallets, made from 35% recycled polyethylene, offer high visibility. Both feature removable grates for easy cleaning, ensuring spill containment and cleanliness.

4-Drum Pallets

Our 4-drum pallets are available in black and yellow, offering the same durable construction as 2-drum models. These pallets come in two configurations: square or inline. Inline pallets are perfect for tight spaces, allowing efficient spill containment in limited areas.

Spill Pallet Options and Accessories

For more flexibility, we offer inline 3-drum pallets, ideal for smaller spaces or tricky areas. Additionally, our spill pallet ramps make it easier to move drums, reducing manual handling and enhancing safety. Use a dolly to easily position barrels, ensuring effective spill containment and compliance with safety standards.

Spill kits contain sorbents and other equipment needed to soak up any liquid spills. Sizes range from small clean up kits to store in fleet trucks to 95-gallon drums. Most kits can be customized with your choice of spill absorbents to fit the needs and requirements of Building Management.

Universal Spill Kits

Universal spill kits can handle most generic spills and leaks that can occur around chemical storage in any department. Universal absorbents are white in color, so it is easier to see any liquids soaking through. They can be used as spill containment borders, preventing the liquid from spreading, or as clean up products.

Oil Spill Kits

Best suited for fleet garages and maintenance areas, oil spill kits are specifically designed for oil leaks and spills. To differentiate from universal sorbents, the oil-only equipment is gray. These spill absorbents repel water and only take in oil and other hydrocarbons.

Spill containment berms are flexible spill prevention products used underneath vehicles and large equipment during maintenance, cleaning, and repair. Fabric options vary depending on the application and liquids to be contained. Sizing is also completely customizable to each municipal department's needs.

Aluminum Angle Berms

Aluminum angle berms use L-shaped metal brackets to create 1- foot high sides. While the brackets can be removed to bring equipment on or off the fabric, aluminum angle berms are bust suited as semi-permanent spill containment around tanks and drum.

Foam Wall Berms

Foam wall berms have lower sides that can be easily driven over by trucks, forklifts, and pallets. However, the lower 4- inch sides offer less containment capacity than the higher aluminum angle berms, making them better suited to smaller leaks or short wash jobs.

Combination Berms

The combination drive through berm combines the best spill containment options of the aluminum angle and foam wall berms. The longest parallel sides use the aluminum angle brackets to create sturdy walls. The shorter parallel ends use foam and are constructed to be self-rising. These ends are easily driven or rolled over, but as a spill occurs, the self-rising ends lift up to a foot in height to contain any liquid.
