The 4-Chute Sandbagger is an efficient machine for filling sandbags, with the capacity to fill 4 sandbags simultaneously. Made in the USA, this sandbag equipment has a reasonable weight, is self-contained, and can be transported easily with a forklift or a small trailer.
This gravity-fed sandbag model will fill 700-900 bags per hour, depending on the filling material and speed of the personnel involved.
You'll need five people to operate it: one person at each of the four chutes filling sandbags and another to keep the hopper full and agitate the filler material when necessary. A ladder and safety shield are included with the sandbag filling equipment for easy hopper access and safety compliance. For operator safety, the sandbag filling stations have been designed to provide the least back and muscle strain possible.
