The Gravity Fed 2-Chute Sandbagger is a manual sandbag filling machine that fills two sandbags at a time. It’s non-motorized, made in the USA, and easy to transport using a forklift or even in the bed of a pickup truck.
The 2-chute sandbagger can fill 400–500 bags per hour, depending on manpower and the material used. It requires three operators: one at each chute and one to keep the hopper full and prod the material as needed. A ladder is included to assist with operation.

Operating the sandbag filling equipment is straightforward and efficient.
To fill a sandbag, the operator holds an empty bag to the chute and presses the foot pedal to release sand. Once the bag is filled, the operator releases the pedal to stop the flow, then ties or secures the bag before starting the next. A second team member keeps the hopper full and occasionally stirs the material to maintain a steady flow.
