Pillow bladder tanks provide temporary storage for water, fuel, or oil. Each water storage bladder tank is created using state-of-the-art welding and vulcanizing techniques for a sturdy, flexible design. The low profile, collapsible construction allows for easy transportation and deployment.


Our pillow bladder tanks come with two 2-inch bulkhead fittings with 4-inch and 6-inch available on request. Optional fittings include ball valves, pressure relief vents, and caps. One Clarion also offers repair kits and operational spare parts for immediate relief of problems in the field.

Water Storage Bladder Tanks

Our water storage bladder tanks supply flexible water storage for emergencies or temporary water storage. Available for both potable and non-potable water, they come in a variety of materials, including NSF 61 and FDA compliant fabrics.


Water bladders work for a number of applications.


  • Stormwater Management often needs temporary water storage during heavy rain events to hold stormwater for later processing. Since they are easily transported, the bladder tanks can be set up as needed throughout the city.
  • Parks and Recreation cares for fountains and public pools in community spaces. When cleaning, repairing, and performing maintenance, the water must be removed temporarily. A collapsible water storage tank on site saves water and transportation costs to the city.

Fuel Bladders

One Clarion offers collapsible fuel bladders for use with diesel fuel, oil, Jet-A, and other hydrocarbon-based liquids. A collapsible tank is constructed with fuel-friendly materials, such as urethane, rubber, and polymer alloy-coated fabric. Special port options are available with camlock or threaded fittings to accommodate fuel hoses.


Fuel bladders can be used for a variety of applications.


  • The oil industry, such as an oil refinery, may need to temporarily store a surplus of oil or fuel. The fuel bladder provides up to 210,000 gallons of crude oil storage, diesel fuel storage, jet fuel storage, and other hydrocarbon liquids.
  • Emergency Management uses collapsible tanks to keep fuel reserves available during natural disasters. Flooding or hurricane damage can keep fuel trucks from reaching hard-hit areas. Fuel reserves help emergency responders continue to get around during such fuel shortages.
  • Transport Infrastructure may need extra fuel storage on rural road construction projects. Have extra fuel bladders allows heavy machinery to keep running without wasting time and money transporting between the site and fuel stations.

Please note that we currently have three Surplus Collapsible Fuel Bladder Tanks available. Each has a 50,000 gallon capacity and was formally used by the military for the Tactical Airfield Fuel Dispensing Systems and the Amphibious Assault Fuel System.
