The concrete washout area is made from 10 mil polyethylene that is UV resistant and durable for construction site use. Unfolding and setting up the portable concrete washout berm is simple and easy. Once you have deposited the left-over concrete washout and sediment into the concrete washout area, you can leave it until all the water evaporates. Once it has all evaporated, you may dispose of the sediment. The dimensions of the berm are 48" x 48" x 14". So far this product is only available in one size.

The durable construction and multiple applications of the concrete washout area are only two of the benefits of this product. For most applications, the concrete washout area containment berm is reusable, but for some applications, the concreate washout area cannot be reused.

The temporary concrete washout area is UV resistant, made from 10 mil polyethylene and sets up in seconds. The portable concrete washout area can be used for several different applications.

The temporary concrete washout area can be used for a multitude of applications. As the name suggests, it is intended to be compatible with mixers, pump trucks, and wheelbarrows as a disposal area for concrete sediment and other harmful, industrial sediments. However, it can also be used to activate sandless flood bags, which are a sandless alternative flood protection device. The construction washout berm is filled with water and the hydrophilic, non-woven bags filled with super absorbent polymer are placed inside for five minutes. From there the sandless flood bags are activated, weigh up to 40 pounds and can be stacked for flood protection.

You can also use the berm as a temporary washout location for small pieces of equipment. If you need a containment berm to catch oil leaks, you can use the concrete washout area as a spill containment berm for small pieces of equipment.
