The 12 oz. nonwoven geotextile drainage fabric is a heavy weight geotextile used for filtering, underlayment, sediment control, and stabilization. The non-woven drainage fabric is constructed from polypropylene and offers a grab tensile strength of 300 pounds and still maintains a 50% elongation ability. The 12 oz. filter fabric offers a high resistance to UV exposure, rotting, and other chemicals. These fibers bound together by a needle punching process to create a nonwoven geotextile. The process helps the material maintain greater flexibility and filter out sediment in areas as needed.

Heavy weight nonwoven geotextile drainage fabric can withstand challenging conditions requiring strength (300 lb. grab tensile strength) and tear-resistance (850 lbs. of puncture resistance). Geotextile drainage fabric 12 oz.'s performance will not disappoint. What's more, this geotextile stabilization fabric still accommodates up to a 75 gpm flow rate.
